my favorite place to spend time is at The Huckleberry, a restaurant/teahouse in Louisville, CO. 

i work at Sounds True, which publishes audio programs (and some books and DVDs) by authors such as Eckhart Tolle, Pema Chodron, Andrew Weil, etc. i love my company on most days.

I like to sing…kind of everything, like say you were gonna have some pancakes for breakfast. i might look at them and start with “paaaaan-caaaaakes, i love paaaan-caaaakes, soft and fluffy soft and fluffy paaaaan-caaakes. with butterutterutter and grade B maple syrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr-UP! paaaaan-caaakes…” that kind of sums me up. 

oh yeah, i've been a vegetarian for 14 years, which informs a lot of who i am at this point. first for health, then ethics, then ecology, now holistically all of it. 

…and, you know, lots of other stuff too. i am so very complex.
